  • Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges Overview
    To initiate a return, cancellation, or exchange, you must CONTACT US. Urbansuitets@gmail.com 804-821-0035 Return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order delivery date will be issued a refund to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order delivery date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit. A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for most mailed returns. Made-to-order items cannot be exchanged or returned. If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returning within 30 days to avoid being charged. Your exchange order will be processed immediately so you can get your new items ASAP! Please note: Shipping fees and handling surcharges are non-refundable.
  • How Can I Return an Item?
    We only accept domestic returns (USA); we do not accept international returns. You are responsible for acquiring a shipping label and returning your package to us in the event of a return. To start your return, you must call (804) 215-0266 or email us at Hello@UrbanSuiteTees.com. Depending on the item and your reason for returning it, we may or may not accept your return. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with an address to send the return. Next, get your package ready to mail back to us. Box or contain your items and tape your package(s) securely. Remove or cover the original shipping label and attach your new return label to the package. You’re all set! Just schedule a pickup or drop-off at any authorized facility for the designated carrier on your shipping label. A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for most mailed returns. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed, and refunds will take an additional 1-5 business days to credit back to your original form of payment, depending on your bank.
  • What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
    We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, PayPal*, Apple Pay, and soon we will have Urban Suite Tees Gift Cards available. *Please note, PayPal is unavailable to customers in Turkey.
  • Do You Ship Internationally?
    Yes, we ship internationally.
  • Can I Change My Order?
    There is a short window of time in which you can cancel your order or request changes. CONTACT US about changing your order.

Shipping Information

We package and ship your order as soon as possible. There is a short window of time to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.

Important Notices 

1. Shipping rates shown here are not applicable to orders shipping outside of the U.S.

2. Some oversized items may require an additional shipping charge.

3. Free shipping only applies to merchandise; taxes and gift cards do not count toward the free shipping total.

4. Rush shipping may not be available for all orders such as bling products.

5. Certain orders may be subject to verification and approval before shipping.

6. Urban Suite Ts LLC (UrbanSuiteTees.store) cannot be held responsible for damage to your package due to severe weather, service interruptions, poor treatment by postal service agencies, etc.
